We’re pleased to share some wonderful news. Four of our dedicated team members, Adam Kittredge, Caroline Stone, Claire Harlow and Helen Ross, have been promoted to partners at Taylormade. This is a significant milestone for us and a testament to their hard work and expertise.
Meet Our New Partners:
- Adam Kittredge: With 30 years of experience in Financial Planning, Adam is a Chartered Financial Planner and has been a driving force behind supporting and advising our clients for the last 10 years.
- Caroline Stone: Known for fulfilling a number of roles at Taylormade from very early in our journey, Caroline has been focussed on nurturing and training talent and supporting our service delivery team to sustain the high standards we are committed to.
- Claire Harlow: Having joined Taylormade in 2017, Claire is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years’ experience supporting clients with complex needs, often through significant life events.
- Helen Ross: Having started her career in accountancy, since joining Taylormade 13 years ago, Helen has supported the business to successfully navigate the pandemic and to build the infrastructure we have in place to support the 500 families we look after today.
Our clients value independent, tailored advice and working with a firm that is highly service-oriented. Over the last five years, we have seen significant numbers of our peers sell to large, private equity-backed organisations, where we do not believe clients’ wishes remain at the heart of the business.
At TMFP, our culture is really important to us – both for our clients and staff. We have a superb track record in nurturing talent, which is a key part of our succession plan. This change will help to ensure that our firm continues to thrive and evolve as we move onto a new chapter. The new partners will be working alongside myself and Pamela Murphy to continue to grow the business that we are proud to lead.
